Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using FSC Audit Pro. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is designed for professional use by foodservice designers, architects, and contractors for the purpose of:

• Auditing foodservice design and construction documents
• Verifying equipment specifications against plan drawings and cutsheets
• Checking code compliance for foodservice projects
• Generating quality control reports for professional use

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Misrepresent AI-generated audit results as manual professional reviews without disclosure

4. Upload Restrictions

When uploading documents to the Service:

• You must have the right to upload and process the documents
• Documents must be legitimate foodservice design and construction files
• Files must be in PDF format and within the size limits specified by the Service
• You must not upload documents for the sole purpose of consuming AI processing resources

5. Fair Use and Rate Limiting

The Service includes usage limits based on your subscription tier. We may implement rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive or abusive usage patterns (such as automated bulk processing beyond your subscription limits) may result in temporary throttling or account review.

6. Account Sharing

Each user account is for individual use within your organization. Account credentials must not be shared with individuals outside your company. Multiple users within the same company should have separate accounts under your company's organization.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notification sent to the account holder
• Temporary suspension of Service access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities (for illegal activity)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@fscauditpro.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
